What used to be an old MOT garage in one of the most sought after areas of Bristol, this 3 storey property was re-built from the ground up to house 9 modern apartments.
Outcome
The target market was a combination of first time buyers and down sizers, so the interior really had to have a universal appeal. Each apartment was carefully modelled into 1 and 2 bedroom homes, with simple high gloss kitchens, metro tiles, modern fixtures and fittings and a combination of paint colours that reflected the light throughout the day.
