Private Clients – Mood Board Creation
To kick-start your project, I offer an hour consultation to talk through your project. We will discuss the details of your space and how you plan to use it. I will then organise your ideas and define your colour palette, taking into consideration furniture, wall coverings, flooring, soft furnishings and accessories.
The next steps of the process include the creation of a mood board along with a full shopping list, providing all the tools you need to buy that look quickly and easily on the high street.

Property Developer Options
- Research target market and plan initial design and layout
- Create a mood board for design with details of materials, colours and overall interior
- scheme to be used throughout all properties
- Compile a list of all fixtures and fittings required for all rooms
- Working alongside the Architect/client to put together the lighting and electrical finishes
- Compile a cohesive design concept for any internal communal areas
- Offer a comprehensive supply schedule with supplier details and costs
On-site Design Co-ordination
- Site presence (when required) to ensure timelines and standard of workmanship are being met
- Design any final detailing
- Oversee all specific contractors work specified by Liz Rose Interiors
- To liaise directly with the main contractor and sub-contractors and move the project forward
- Dressing of show flat available where necessary
